A U-shaped crystallizer which is open and horizontal is used in a batch process to produce sugar crystals in massecuite employing cooling method where the massecuite is cooled by air through radiation from the walls and open area. 

We manufacture aptly designed U-shaped crystallizers to improve the crystallization of massecuite as well as the speed of the process in order to improve efficiency.

Our U-shaped Crystallizer is equipped with a drive unit comprising of a shaft, a worm wheel and a gear motor.
